Bylaws are legal documents containing rules passed by a majority of the trustees as outlined in the Local Government Act.  Bylaws are either registered by the Inspector of Municipalities or filed with the Ministry of Municipal Affairs & Housing.  Key Glenmore-Ellison Improvement District Bylaws are referenced below and will remain in effect unless / until they are replaced by City of Kelowna Bylaws through the 2025-2027 transition period. This page will be updated as new Bylaws come into effect.
