The Glenmore-Ellison service area includes over 9,300 acres with approximately 239 commercial, 384 agricultural, and 9,600 residential connections, serving 24,000 people across Kelowna and parts of the Regional District of Central Okanagan. As of January 1, 2025, the Glenmore-Ellison Improvement District became part of the City of Kelowna, with rates and service delivery governed by Kelowna City Council.
